Daeneys eventually attack them and when they ring the bells (for Dany) it sets off his PTSD and with Greyscale and fAegon's cause lost and nothing to live for, he ignites the wildfire caches under the city, which Dany gets the blame for.

Tyrion, seeing his family dead drowns in regret and helps Jon Snow assasinate Daenerys. Tyrion gets his tongue cut out (maybe even does it himself), and he and Jon Snow and Jorah Mormont are exiled to the wall.
