what if there was a movie where someone invited true crime fans, so called "murderinos", from a book club to an abandoned gilded age mansion by a lake upstate new york with rules "no phones, no distractions", ostensibly to play a murder mystery game, then actually murders them all

and, get this, there is no justice, there is no good ending, there is no catharsis where the underdog finds a way to win against all odds, they are just straight up methodically murdered thinking people who are missing are drinking wine somewhere in another room and he gets away with it by dissolving their bodies in lye, pouring them into the lake then burning down the mansion with all the forensic evidence before escaping on a row boat which is then sunk so there are not even footprints

wouldn't that just be crazy

what are some more movie ideas

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, The Descent, and The Thing are the only horror movies I can think of where everyone dies.
