Is there a movie about a guy giving up on his life in deliberate slow motion so that will eventually become so damaged and empty that it gives him increasingly intense reason and nerve to try and commit suicide by actually buying a gun or acquiring the right poison or setting up the noose correctly? And having a folder in his room labeled "suicide" that has instructions for his friends and family on his wishes for what to do with his possessions and how to divvy the money in his bank account? And also has an element of him pushing everyone away by rejecting help so that it leaves behind less guilt for him and the people who know him because by the time he does kill himself most people hate him/see him as a lost cause? And not being successful in therapy but also not being able to open up to people outside of a clinical contexg about incessant suicidal ideation and planning because it emotionally burdens other people but also being unable to find an alternative to that by faking a personality to avoid people worrying about him and the paradox of trying to pretend all the time but not not being able to pretend?
