Robert Duvall is dead and all you can do is shitpost all day like a faggot

>Are you talkin to me? I said you talkin to ME?
that was the good shit!
>>
>>218241195
Who's the best actor Duvall, Pacino or Deniro?
>>
>>218241195
You make it sound like people here should be necromancing instead of posting on a Laotian carpentry message board
>>
>>218241239
Jamea Caan

He was 95, RIP Killgore. He's gone to the jungle in the sky, he's surfing in the sky, he's smelling napalm in the sky, he's blaring Wagner in the sky.
>>
>>218241258
The correct answer was Duvall.
>>
Among old actors
Duvall - Pacino - Deniro - Eastwood. Eastwood is the best director.

>He was 95
Damn, he was just a kid
>>
>>218241195
if we shitpost hard enough, maybe he'll come back to life
>>

On the day he died, I watched Tender Mercies. It was a touching film and he surprised me with how well he can sing. He plays a recovering alcoholic country music legend, and he had it in his contract that he would get to sing the songs himself, and he really does have a nice voice. He could've had a great music career regardless of his acting career.

Then in the last week I finally watched through Lonesome Dove, and he was very good in that too. Him and Tommy Lee Jones. I didn't think much of Mr. Duvall before, having seen him in things like True Grit, Apocalypse Now, To Kill a Mockingbird, etc, but now I feel like exploring more of his movies

I'm just going to pretend that you are a zoomer that was curious.
>>
>>218241539
Nice, never knew he could sing.
>>
>>218241584
Why?
>>
>>218241686
Because I'm a cynical older man. I hope you are really who you claim to be.
>>
>>218241539
This one is good too.
>>
>>218241707
I didn't claim to be anyone. I just said I watched some things he was in recently in the wake of his death

I’m so fucking sick of left wing shills. It’s going to be hilarious when we start throwing ropes over branches to reconcile society. They want women, brownoids, and queers to have equal rights as white men. Trump is our savior and will turn the system of his head.. it’s going to be funny when he takes his revenge on liberal crybabies.

Hitler was right!! Nazism is SO back
>>
>>218241731
Jesus you're boring. Which is even worse.
>>
No insults or name calling towards a person on this forum? Am I dreaming?
>>
>>218241768
Been boozin' tonight, gramps?
>>
>>218241970
Nope I don’t drink or do any drugs
>>
>>218241986
You ought to
>>
>>218241195
He felt like a very selfless lover.
>>
he sucked in falling down. all the scenes with him should be removed/deleted. he ruined the movie. utterly insignificant and boring, every single one of his scenes.
>>
>>218241195
This post is extremely low quality.
>>
>>218241195
RIP. I know he was 95 but it's still hard to believe he's gone.

>>218241917
Just a false-flagging parasite out of the meds at >218241746. Other than that this is a good thread indeed.

>>218242333
He was essential as contrast character who reacted to Douglas' rampage and also fought his own battles. Don't forget that he only agreed to retire because of his wife and decides to revoke the decision at the end.
