At one point in the first film he jumps off like a 6 floor staircase and uses a guys body to break the fall while shooting various people. In a straight gunfight with equal gear wick might win, but any situation where planning or adaptation is evolved or if they hunting each other in a city or something bourne wins, he's really good at improvising and coming up with stuff on the fly.
