It would take a long time to explain, but basically it's kind of ugly, I disagree with the symbol itself but not meaning I gave it, but then when people look they just see a symbol and I'd have to get into a long boring cringe conversation to explain it. Thankfully it's somewhere on my body where it's not visible, but it makes it so I never take off my shirt in public. As for worth getting, you have to answer that for yourself. It really depends on a lot of things, why you're getting it, etc. Personally I would say no, you're better off keeping your body as it is, and if I could go back that's what I would do. If I'm being really honest with myself, the real reason I got it is because I wanted to impress a girl.
