Are there any actors under 30 who are actually GREAT actors?
Pic not related.

There seems a dearth of talented, young actors these days.

It's incredible how smug they are when Hollywood and cinema is dying, and neither of them have been in a genuine box office smash. They really think they are among the greats like Brando and Nicholson, especially the faggot on the right.

It is dying isn't it? I'm not just imagining it.

I'm not going to watch the academy awards this year as I don't care about any of the movies nominated. I haven't watched it for years.

I will never forgive zoomers for making that ugly whore on the left famous.

since her career is bound to being a white mans whore, I'll allow it

I’m sure there are. They’re just probably in tv shows nobody is watching.

that "faggot" on the right is currently under fire by people like you for saying he doesnt want films to become a dead art form like ballet and opera.
basically contradicting your whole post.

hot young white people have grown up in the worst era of Hollywood's history and the industry goes out of their way to not hire them for DEI purposes. it's not nearly as profitable or prestigious as it used to be. why would they care to try?

He's under fire because, like you, he's retarded enough to think those art forms are dead, when they are still selling millions of tickets worldwide, and will likely outlive modern cinema which has become low effort, poorly written fiction that can easily be replaced by AI, proving how untalented and replacable these people are.

Austin Abrams is 29.
The problem with your question is we don't really know who is great until they're in their 30's and 40's. Jesse Plemon's had been in movies since the 90's but nobody really gave a fuck until he appeared in Breaking Bad at the age of 24, and then we didn't understand his greatness until this decade. Paul Walter Hauser was also 24 in Always Sunny, and people are only just now caring about him as a 40 year old. Robert Pattinson was a laughing stock until he did Good Time at the age of 30.
Most of the actors who make it big in their 20's fall into ireelevancy. I'll be impressed if Chalamet has the same carreer he has now once Dune 3 comes out.

Great actors don't get in to Hollywood because they aren't nepobabies. Great actors peak on theater stages.

great actors need great movies to act in
there are no longer any great movies
what would brando be remembered for if the best thing he was ever cast in was franchise slop like dune?

Jacob Tremblay. I'm genuinely surprised he hasn't gotten any attention this award season for his performance in Sovereign.

Dexter has shown far more talent than most young actors atm.

No way, Hollywood is forever.
Music halls died, Vaudeville died, radio drama died, pulp novels died, publishing, comics and Broadway shows with any semblance of relevance died, tv shows that everyone watched and music everyone listened to died, but Hollywood is eternal.

Name some actors who were "great" before turning 30. You make it seem as if this was ever common. I think it has allways been rare. If you name some, please add a few of the movies they were lead actors in and that were released before they turned 30. And no, one or two movies are not enough. You would never accept it if I pointed to a recent young actor and called him "great" for having just one good role. So show me some good examples please.
