>film in 80s iraq
>boys are forced to die by the 10,000 from Saddam Hussein firing chemical weapons at them
>whole film is about mc complaining about how she can’t do drugs and bang different men while she attends grad school for free
>at one point she avoids trouble for wearing punk clothes by falsely accusing a random guy of harassment and he’s arrested and possibly executed
Thoughts of the feminist themes of this film?

In the original comic book, her grandmother scolds her for being a piece of shit when she does that, and she carries the guilt with her for the rest of her life.

In the movie it's LOL GOOD TIMES.
