When it came out there was buzz it could get a Best Picture nom and maybe Director, but no started talking about MBJ's performance as being anything special until nominations came out about two months ago. If any performance was getting praise at the time of release it was Jack O'Connell. Now all of a sudden MBJ wins Best Actor and gets a huge reaction as if he put on an all time great performance?
