If the driver notices it forces them to either speed up and pay attention which ill back off. I’m sorry this is off topic, but I accidentally ran a red in a quiet town yesterday afternoon. I checked and there was no camera, doubt there was a cop (would have been pulled over) , no flash but some random cunt followed me for 5 min and said he’d recorded me on his phone and he was going to send it to police (I just said ok cool and drove off) he asked for my details for some reason but I ignored him. Again this was a civilian not some cop or road agent or whatever

When my sister and I were kids a guy in a truck flipped out on my mother almost exactly like this, because she was driving the speed limit. She pulled over at the first pull off spot to let him pass but he had gotten himself too worked up by then, so he pulled off as well and started bumping his truck into the back of our van trying to push us into the ditch. We were in a 5 ton 80's conversion van so his truck just spun out in place instead of moving us anywhere. That got him even more enraged and he started thrashing around and beating on his horn. He finally sped off, but then blocked the street exactly like this a little way up the road and waited for us. Before my mother had to decide what to do a Sheriff Dept cruiser came around the corner and the guy in the truck straightened out and drove off.

I saw a BMW tailgating a flat bed tow truck along Route 1 in California. The tow truck suddenly turned on some insanely bright flood lights that all shone right on the BMW. Was a curvy section of the drive and the BMW almost went off the cliff when the flood lights hit him. Was very satisfying to see.
