It has at its disposition two of the biggest kino fuel (dinos and sci fi) and does shit with it.
It's just a "go from point a to point b" kind of plot, no hard questions, no set ups nothing to make the viewer think about and nothing even matters in the end because the dino killing meteor strikes just as the unlikeable main characters escape Earth.
