To answer my own question (I'm OP), bizarrely, Miracle on 34th Street is kind of a good answer. If there is a crime committed in that movie, it would be impersonation, and, more specifically, impersonation of a fictional / religious character.

Bittersweet Life is fiction but it's a movie about a gangster who is sent by his boss to murder his boss' girlfriend because she is having an affair.
