>>218663358I hear it's a lot like the Bobiverse books, as in everything is unrealistically convenient for the protagonist and despite being a mostly normal guy he can just come up with super science and technology out of nowhere. It sounds pretty fucking Reddit, but back when I actually read the Bobiverse series it actually had several female characters being bitches and actual unsympathetic villains who get humiliated instead of being smug girlbosses, so it's not all bad.
