It's impossible to do that in a medium that never ends like corporate-owned superhero comics. Normally, Spider-Man would struggle to balance his duties and personal life until he reaches some sort of conclusion, but the comic can never end so even if you make him get happily married, you know it's just a matter of time before they blow it all up. Of course, the opposite is true, but since the struggle is his default state, you'll always see more of loser, clutz Spider-Man than any other kind.
