Did he ever lack street smarts like most make him out to be when he clearly was VERY good at reading people and manipulating them and situations? He basically beat Gus within a year of being a criminal.
>>218672900In early seasons (1-2) there were a few situations where Jesse had the better solution for situations related specifically to drug dealing shit but after that Walt took over and was right almost all the time. Even early seasons Walt had to come in to fix shit still. I can't remember what was said regarding the situation with those dealers that stole from them, like the crackwhore and her man? Was it Walt that said they should go over there to scare them into giving up the cash, or Jesse? Can't remember.Either way, people definitely overstate how naive and foolish Walt was. The guy legit took down a huge drug empire in a single year and became a kingpin, taking down veterans like Gus and Mike, and also intimidating all his rivals. By drug dealer/criminal standards that is absoluely insanely impressive.I dunno ever since redditors started hating on Walt I feel like he doesn't get appreciated enough for his amazing skills and achievements.
>>218673093It was Walt and his 'blowfish' scene to motivate or rather manipulate Jesse.
>>218672900>>218673093Walt not knowing what he was doing was only really a thing in season 1.
>>218673093and remember the "this is not meth" scene? Jesse wouldn't have had the balls and smartness to do it. And i don't exactly understand why people think Jesse has "street smart" either. He's a complete dork who just happens to have a lot of empathy.
>>218672900>he clearly was VERY good at reading peopleHe's a paranoid retard that acts impulsively (and his impulsive tantrums always magically work out for him)
>>218673325I just don't get this type of hyper-emotional seethe when we have 6 seasons of evidence showing exactly how, in minute detail, how outsmarted all his enemies and succeeded time and tme again, even when starting in very dangerous and disadventagous situations.I dunno, you Walt haters will hate him no matter what, makes me wonder why you even watch the fucking show.
>>218673501>hyper-emotionalThat's Walt every time he encounters any pushback
>>218673501There's at least 5 scenes where logically he should've died
>>218673501How did he poison Brock?
Yes. Walter didn't even last 2 years in the hustle game, while most two digit IQ steet rats do it for decades.
>>218673501>makes me wonder why you even watch the fucking show.A man annihilating his family just to inflate his ego is always fun to watch.
>>218673925>annihilating his familyHis only family that got harmed was his brother-in-law, who died in the third last episode out of six seasonsDoesn't seem that bad. This isn't Game of Thrones.
>>218673946hmmmmm>causes Jr to hate his mother>marie and skyler aren't in speaking terms>kids lose uncle, father, will grow up to be known as drug dealer's kids>they will suddenly receive a lot of money though so it's all ok!>This isn't Game of Thrones.Thank god.
>>218674005Ah whatever I don't give a fuck, you haters are gonna cry about anything. Don't watch a crime thriller if this shit upsets your sensibitilies so much, I guess. How fragile.
Yeah he learnt how to handle himself, he was a retard at the beginning though. But he wasnt a good druglord per se, he was too emotional and impatient (probably because of his cancer)
>>218674005>causes Jr to hate his mothernot his fault, skyler has always been a stupid cunt>marie and skyler aren't in speaking termsthis is still good for everyone involved>kids lose uncle, father, will grow up to be known as drug dealer's kidsthey're multimillionaire's, they'll be fineif anything they got unlucky that skyler didn't die
>>218673946>This isn't Game of Thrones.Yeah it's Dexter-tier
