The money is still insured.In Road to Perdition, Tom Hanks steals money from Al Capone, but he specifically steals money that's off the books and not reported and he specifically steals it from Capone's own account manager who works there. Is this entire bank supposed to be one that the city of Gotham doesn't know about or something? It's still going to have all the money insured, they're going to print more of it and replace it. There would be armored cash trucks headed there that same day. Joker can burn all the momey he wants, it doesn't matter.
