I was able to tolerate the first two parts, but the third part was just disgusting. Dismembering little boys? On-screen male genital mutilation? Have some minimum decency, you fucks.
>inb4 the first film had female genital mutilation
It wasn't ON-SCREEN, you retards! This one was. It was clearly a fetishistic scene for femcel fucks to schlick to.
Also, I don't care if it WAS on-screen in the first film because I don't care about women. Violence against men and boys is a very real phenomenon and unfortunately there are multiple heinous videos of male genital mutilation in real life, so this shit hits too close to home.
This film must be BANNED. Hollywood has a disgusting obsession with male genital mutilation.

People who watch this for fun are spiritually dead.

In the next movie he should bite the foreskin off a cock. Would be very allegorical.

You just reminded me that American men and 1/3rd of all men have had their penises mutilated. Now I'm even more pissed off.

These movies suck pretty hard, 2 being the best of the bunch at “okay”. The only thing they really bring to the table are Art’s design/performance and Leone’s practical effects work. They are more of a success of marketing than anything else.
1 was barely a movie, shitty instagram filter with porno acting and a dumbass twist.
2 is the closest to being worthwhile as it delivered on some character stuff and was actually structured somewhat like a real movie. Had some lulls in there but it skirts away at like a 5/10.
3 was seriously misguided. Leone could not decide if he was making a root for the killer movie or a root for the victims movie. We are left with a confusing tonal whiplash of our mascot horror “icon” mugging the camera and being funny before going off to do the type of brutal torture porn kills that only work (sit right with the audience) if the victims are pieces of shit or if he’s meant to be definitely a villain that we hate and want destroyed. I am no prude, it’s not the level of violence, but the completely mismanaged tone throughout that sunk this film. He wanted to make a rip roaring badass Art the Clown movie where he fucks people up and we cheer, but he also wanted him to be the pure evil shape that we root against, while at the same time trying to outdo himself as much as possible with the kills. They were mildly inventive, but most of them weren’t clever or tasteful or new, they were simply “how cruel can I make a kill in a movie?”

It’s like a bunch of jigsaw pieces that don’t fit together. You want to make a mascot horror movie where the audience is kinda rooting for Art (because we like our mascot?) ok, make most of the victims deserve it cosmically (conventional slasher rules) and be more fun with the kills instead of going full torture porn. You want a root for the hero movie and have Art be the symbol of ruthless evil? Ok, put in more effort in the main girl and stop having Art hero shots where he mugs the audience.

Overly gratuitous torture gore sequences really have a tough time in the slasher genre. They tend to work best in horror comedies, or counterbalanced by being artsy highbrow horror. If you’re going for lowbrow fun with a mascot character, you have to pick a side. Is he early Freddy, or late Freddy?

Why can you see the unredacted Epstein files but I can't?

T3 was the first time I’ve seen a slasher movie that was too mean for me to have fun.
