gravity knives (effortless flip knives) are also illegal in many states as well. And switchblades are usually only illegal if the switch is the only way you can get the knife out for some reason. if you can manually pull the knife out as well as use the button then a switchblade is legal, at least in california which i assume is the worst offender for legality, maybe new york might be worse.

also a lot of these knives would be illegal anyway because they're not knives but daggers and daggers are illegal (edges on both sides).

It keeps the retards happy while still letting us have cools shit. It's like how lefties still rage about the irrelevant NRA while the GOA quietly wins court cases.

Laws against “Switchblades” or “Automatic Knives” are Federal, in that it is illegal to shop the knives across states and territorial lines, except for military or police use, or possibly for first responders.
Individual states have laws regarding Automatic knives, but the laws vary widely, with dome states banning the entire category, and other states banning automatic knives over a certain length, and other states banning the carrying of the knives, but not possession by collectors, etc.
Knives that can easily be opened quickly by other means, are also illegal in various states, with butterfly knives sometimes banned, or gravity knives, or knives that can easily be flicked open, etc.

That was not how it would go. A guy got sent to prison for defending himself with a knife. Nicolae miu.

Its all a scam by the state to get anyone in their dragged and accrue charges. They sell trench knives in gas stations and as prizes for carnival games. I liked the knife val Kilmer has in spartan.
