There were kernels of SP quality in the last season but it felt like it was running at half capacity. Many jokes either sucked, felt like rehashing, or fell flat. I liked the reoccuring joke about tarriffs made Mu Kim jack up prices in the Asian popup shop, but the rest of the episode about Labubus and the trite references truly felt more like a Simpsons episode rather than the witty commentary SP is known for, Chinpokomon does the "adults don't understand the kid fad, even if there are some merits to where the consumerism is unhealthy ultimately it's just all in good fun" schtick better. "Gotta Nut" is another example of this, I liked the Kristi Noem and Mackey in ICE plotline but it hodgepodged into this weird escape scene that doesn't get resolved and only touched on with Mackey being back in town to meet Trump disguised as Santa, felt like they were going to continue that story with Mackey and/or Clyde but never did. I don' think I saw Stone's name in half the season's credits, wonder if that's why.
I realised south park was never funny after that one episode they made fun of thing I like.

not bad, just forgettable honestly. I hardly have any motivation to watch anymore, certainly not live. I'll just download the eps a day or 2 later and eventually watch them now.
