How was this not entrapment?
They went there with intent
The predators approached the decoys in the chatrooms and started talking about sex, not the other way around.
Chris Hansen could never top this Kino. That's why the show went away
>>219055389There’s a difference between trapment and entrapment
If you talk to people online that are 13 to your knowledge then I don’t care about laws on entrapment or whether what they were doing was morally right
>>219057604Fucking zoom. Back in the day internet friend groups had no age limits. Until smartphones let the easily molestable low IQ retards online kids were completely fine and had basic online safety knowledge to protect them.
>>219055389>How was this not entrapment?By the definition of entrapment
How low IQ do you need to be to try and meet kids online for sex? No seriously. FFS they could just masturbate to their imagination. The idea that there are people out there this stupid and just driven makes me think we need to end democracy and go back to kings.
>>219055389It was comedy.
>>219058036How low IQ do you need to be a kid and agree to meet or send pictures to a pedophile online? — Is another good question
>>219058108Did you watch the show? None of these guys were clever or remotely good looking. Not even mid.
>>219058479what? What an odd non sequitur.
>>219057733There's no difference between that and what these people were saying in their chats? Really, anon?
>>219055937Any link to the full video? I haven’t been able to find it on YouTube
>>219058550All the anon said was>If you talk to people online that are 13 to your knowledge
>Your Honor, I’m filing a motion to dismiss this case. The defendant said he was just pretending, and he is clearly past that stage now.
>>219058615You should use your context clues and understand that he's referring to the way these people are talking to 13 year olds. You aren't autistic enough to fail to understand context are you anon?
The show went too far.
>>219058592The full video isn’t on YouTube, only the interview (without the subsequent arrest) is.Interview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfY5eQ2PWXkPartial arrest footage: https://www.tiktok.com/@pedos.busted/video/7511406509100666158
>>219058842Mee... my mommy and my daddy
>>219058815>He'sWhy do redditors always talk for other people and then do it wrong because they misread the original post. Fucking retarded, honestly
>>219058973>let me double down on my retardery because I don't want to admit I'm wrong>I'm entirely committed to my retarded belief that the original commenter thinks anybody who even speaks to a 13 year old needs to be executed>there's no way I could be mistaken about the context of his commentKill yourself, you fucking retard.
>>219055389So what if it was? If you left yourself get entrapped because you wanted to fuck a child then you deserve it.
>>219055389Not this shit again. No it is not entrapment. Nobody forced them to keep talking to the decoy after they claimed to be 11 or whatever. The decoys didn't pester and harass the suspects and beg them to come over. If you read all the chat logs, every single time, the suspect is the one to initiate the conversation and is always the one who turns the conversation sexual. To be entrapment you have to be someone coerced into doing something you wouldn't ordinarily do. If it hadn't been the decoy they were chatting with they would've done the exact same thing.>hurr durr but he didn't even actually do anything with her so no crimeSo if the police see someone running towards you knife raised over their head clearly signaling their intention to stab you, I'm certain you wouldn't want the cops to let her stab you before they light her up because "well she hadn't actually done anything yet". Same same.
>>219059468These people know and understand everything you're saying. They're pretending not to because they sympathize with the pedos. Give you 2 guesses why that may be.
>>219058108They're children, by definition they're kinda fucking stupid because they haven't matured or had life experiences.
>>219059567Smart adults were never stupid children.
>>219059567>le life experiencesreally nobody has life experiences anymore. What life experience makes you smart enough to know not to send people online pictures of your butthole anyways?
Two reasons. Firstly, it's what entrapment is or isn't:>Entrapment is a legal defense where a defendant argues that law enforcement agents induced or persuaded them to commit a crime they were not otherwise inclined to commit. It occurs when government agents originate the criminal design and implant it in an innocent person's mind, rather than merely providing the opportunity to commit a crime. So this is not entrapment for the simple reason that no one coaxed them to enter a chatroom seeking children to fuck, nor did anyone coax them into visiting a home where they thought they'd be greeted by a fuckable child. They did that all on their own. Here's the second reason: entrapment defenses apply only if the entrapping agent is an agent of the state. TCAP staff are all civilians. Although none of the legal predicates for entrapment are met, even if they were, it wouldn't matter, because none of those actors represented the state.Hope this helps /tv/'s vast population of libertarian child molesters understand why they belong in electric chairs!
>>219059611>Smart adults were never stupid childrenThis is one of those retarded phrases that sounds smart to stupid people.
>>219059611>Anon thinks he was born wise and immune to naivete. How fucking retarded are you? Literally everyone was a stupid child at some point.
>>219059824t.midwit
>>219055937>the part where he explains that it all started when his parents got him a 3dswhy would you even let yourself get farmed for pedo hunter content?
>>219055389it was.
>>219059824>>219060075Obviously intelligent children can still make dumb decisions because they lack life experience, but crayon eating glue sniffers don't grow up in to intelligent adults, and smart kids aren't the ones who walk in to the free candy van if they're over the age of like 5
>>219059711You sound like law enforcement. Are you law enforcement? I happen to know law enforcement. Two words: ROLE PLAYING CHAT ROOM, dude.
For me, it's the Stoklasa episode.
Absolute madman
>>219062303>this neckbeard gnome really thought a hot young mom was jumping at the chance to let this guy have poopy diaper sex with her 11 year old

>>219062166>hambubger>purest best pleasure>roleplaying chatroom dawg>put dat in da fridge>i'm just getting something to eat!The new hunter shit is almost all faggy grifter shit when the old stuff was hilarious kino
>>219062166I MUST GO SHOPPING
Is this show even real? it always gave me wrestling vibes that is was all a sham
>>219055389because going to the house isn't a crime
>>219064763It was real. The show was canceledbecause a known state politician was caught and he killed himself before the did the segment
>>219065598kino
Entrapment is usually forcing or coercing someone into doing something they would not normally do. No one forced them to chat with what they thought was an underage boy/girl, and there's nothing to imply that this is not something they wouldn't have done if given a similar opportunity with someone that's not a police decoy.
