I still think about the death of Anton Yelchin a lot.
>>219058386When do you think he realized he fucked up?
>>219058386one of the dumbest deaths I've ever heard about
>>219058552I'd wager the very split second he saw the jeep charging towards him.
>>219058552Probable when he was pinned by the truck against the wall.
>>219058700>truck Jeep. Stop reddit spacing.
>>219058660he didnt even see it coming
>>219058858But he still saw it if only for a view seconds at the most, otherwise he'd at worse be a paraplegic if he was pinned to the gate by his spine.
Halo Sandbox ahh death
TZD.Past and future.
>>219059083Huh?
i rewatch ER and he had a small role where his parents died in a car accident. i guess the circle is closing
>>219059166...Is it administered via Jeep?
Buy a Jeep, go to sleep. Buy a Grand, die by its hand.
>>219058649he had to be drunk
>>219058649The floating ride in some amusement park that flipped over or the guy stuck in between the backseat of a car because it was faulty and he couldnt move are examples that danger lurks around every corner. It is just as tragic when it is through no fault of your own.
>>219061385the actor was kind of at fault here for not putting the manual break tho
>>219060912Are you being glib? He had a car pin him to a wall. How strong to you think you are to move that. It rolled up and the momentum and surprise left him immobile. A freak accident that had all the factors stacked against him.
>>219061425Fuck off! I have never in my life thought of putting a manual break ever. I started doing it after I saw a YouTube video that it was better for the brakes a few years back. It is never brought up when you go to driving school.
>>219059166lurk moar
>>219058386For me it’s James “Jimmy” Stewart, rip in peace champ
>>219058813This niggagets triggeredwhen the enter keyis struck twice
>>219058386He looks like the child of toby mcguire and jack quaid.
Green room and thoroughbred were fantastic displays of storytelling. Rip, anton.
>>219058386Obviously murdered
>>219058386>90s: River Phoenix>00s:Heath Ledger>10s: Anton YelchinWho will be the young, extremely promising male actor who was performing at a higher level than his peers who ends up dying a sudden, tragic death of the 2020s? Admittedly, Yelchin's death was a lot more bizarre than getting drugged by John Frusciante (it was murder, by the way) or prescription drug abuse. Also, we now know that Anton had severe cystic fibrosis with his health quickly deteriorating and probably would've been dead by 2026 anyway even if he hadn't had the accident
>>219058386Yeah, when my country's department of motor vehicles issued a recall for my model of car, I made an appointment at my local workshop for the next week and didn't ignore it like Yelchin did.
>>219062119They need to display the recalls in public and in billboards. A radio and tv announcement.
>>219058386Actors are not the brightest humans. Zero real-life experience and basic knowledge about PHYSICS + MATH.
>>219058386i don't think about him at all
>>219062605I got a letter from the department of motor vehicles, stating what was wrong and that I needed to take action. It was a minor inconvenience, I brought the car in in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Expenses were paid by the manufacturer. It was something with the air ducts of the car's heating, they could catch fire or something.
>https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUv-M6HEpjS>Brie posted this on Valentine's Daybros why did she get dumped again?
>>219063465Ah fugg wrong thread
>>219061453Jeeps are sentient, the fucker had to go
Given that Norwood, what happened to him was for the best.
>>219062674Not everyone lives near hills or mountains. I guarantee you half the country doesnt use the emergency brake.
>>219060912Glib motherfucker
>>219061510America really is retarded if they give out driver's licenses without requiring you to know when to use the parking break. Do Americans just think there's a mysterious lever in their car?
>>219058386I should watch that movie where he fights ghosts again
>>219064039commercial vehicle licenses are handed out like candy to unqualified drivers (especially migrants) just so trucking companies can save money in the short term. it's a serious problem over there
>>219063588On an incline every responsible car owner should use the extra precautions. I forget if it was taught in driver's ed, but most people who pass driving test should know what the brake it for. It happened to me when I was young, and my even younger sibling mess with the family car while it's parked and it rolled backwards on a moderate incline in a big shopping mall parking lot. I've hated electronic controls on most things unless abs necessary - you can at least fix mechanical or basic electric heating.
>>219064150It coincided with truckers quitting over the mandatory jab I think. Also abs safety rules were very strict before 2010s at least. There's some deep corruption on the mgmt level. Is it another contractor contracts another contractor deal.
>>219058386As someone who drives a manual, I do too.
