The point is, he hasn't healed El Salvador, he just swept the problems under the rug, by mass encarcerating people some of which are actually innocent and just brown (thus arrested on suspicion alone without evidence) even innocent people get radicalized inside prisons and gang preparations expand. Once Bukele croaks or something happens that contests his power, mass killings will take place. That's what you are ignoring. Current safety is momentary, the problems are all there growing like a tumor, just hidden for now.
