I don't know why all the hate. The movie is decent. The musical numbers are acceptable. What do you think?

The movie is so fucking awful it makes the first movie worse by existing, which was the whole reason the movie was made in the first place. Joker says in the second movie that all the bravado he had in the end of the first movie was false, wasn't really him, Joker was never real, and everyone that liked him was a stupid faggot(which I was surprised he said that but whatever).Rarely has a bad sequel come out that is so bad that it makes the first movie worse, usually you can just ignore the sequel. This movie is the exception. Not only is that a common opinion, it is the general consensus since the movie has come out.

I liked it a lot. I thought it was a fun albeit flawed character study of a man with a greatly inflated ego and immense delusions of grandeur. I understand the theorycrafting behind why they did what they did with it, but I still think at its core it’s an interesting movie that was very bold, but it was let down by how heavy handed it was with some of the plot.
