Given the context of the source material along with the constraints of being essentially a low-budget one-man show, Iron Lung was an engaging movie. The pacing dragged on but the film handled tension and cosmic horror better than any other film I can think of from the last five years.

I think parasocial fandom is very gay and tend to shy away from projects that are driven by a cult of personality, but I wouldn't mind if he got another shot at a horror film
