I loved it back then (first season only). I tried to rewatch it the other day, but the dialogue is so ridiculously bad, the writing is awful from the get go, or maybe it just aged really bad.Heroes was greatly affected by the 2007s writer's strike in between seasons and never recovered from it.They should have went the True Detective route and have a new cast every season, some would be better than others, but there would be more room to make mistakes and recover, explore different ideas. The characters were feeling their powers and were at different stages of discovery, that what was interesting, Hiro was just a regular guy trying to escape time.It was ahead of its time, had it succeeded in what it tried to achieve, it would have had an impact in the superhero era that was just starting out. Shows like Invicible and The Boys come to mind.
