The whiplash between moody Fincher-core lighting and middle school sexting dialogue is unreal. One minute it’s brooding synths and meaningful stares, next minute it’s a horny Facebook mom fantasy. Absolute tonal schizophrenia and I can’t even tell if it’s intentional anymore.
