23 dollars for a shirt like that? It really was a different time, that’d be 40-60 today.

the ad is probably from before Dell. Dell didn't become a thing until the 2000s from what I remember.

honestly, TPM is by far the least bad prequel and isn't terrible as a mindless 90s summer action movie

Yes and it was fucking glorious. This same shirt goes for like $500 online. Lmao.
>>
>>219160672
It's the type of shirt thats cool if you get it at a thrift store and cut it up to be a beater for when you're working out or mowing the lawn.

Darth Maul was incredibly popular, far more popular than any Nu Wars character. Rey and Baby Yeed are the only Nu Wars characters who can move merch but they're still nowhere close to how popular Darth Maul was.
>>
>>219146092
Am I crazy, or is that crazy overpriced for the time? Even now I wouldn’t drop 25 for a shitty polyester shirt
>>
>>219147589
nobody asked
>>
>>219161204
Baby yoda is definitely more popular with all sorts of people whereas Darth Maul was only popular with young guys and boys. Was there a Darth Maul impersonator at the Oscars like the baby yoda puppet? No?

It makes sense, we never see his face underneath the helmet, we know for a fact he's half a robot just like Darth Maul
This theory is honestly solid

I was 9 when it released. Had this shirt. Glowed in the dark. Was badass. Wore it for years until it barely fit anymore and then hung it on my wall until I moved out at 20. Of course by the time it was a wall decoration it had long lost it's glow and was crumbling in places.

Anything that is glow in the dark is awesome and its perplexing that mech makers have never really cottoned on to that.
