He'll be revealed to be Tony Stark from an alternate universe where he became bad after X event (maybe in the films, maybe not) went wrong
He'll become good by the end and the postcredits scene will be him finding Tony's old Iron Man suit in his mansion or something
That sets up the actual intent which is for Disney to revive Tony because the M-She-U failed miserably and they're bringing back the old team
Same will happen with all the old heroes, they'll be revived and work alongside the feminist avengers or some shit

The entire point of this film is to completely end the whole multiverse slop, while killing off the majority of existing characters so they can completely reboot the MCU from fresh, with new actors for a new generation.

The goal is to have all the different franchises Disney has now acquired, X-men, Fantastic Four etc all coexisting in the same timeline, same singular universe and then start the MCU fresh with everything connected from the start.
Their future plans all revolve around inter franchise cross overs, Wolverine, Hulk and Venom go on an Adventure and run into Galactus the movie or tv show.
