I actually loved this movie as a kid and didn’t care that it was nothing like the video game. I always just looked at it as its own weird thing.

I love how the fungus and everything growing in the city was so gross. What the fuck was up with the king coming in and out of that shit? I remember it sucking himself back up when Koopa came around
