>Use politics to enrich the movie, not to force political statements
Why are you mad about this?

propaganda aside this movie sucks. awful pacing and the black women are terrible actors. boring
>>
i find it hard to believe males tolerate the existence of DiCaprio as a person

Aren't revolutionaries meant to be smart? If you seriously consider the ramifications of free borders you would realise within a day why that's a terrible fucking idea that would be almost impossible to reverse

I don't understand this part of fellowship, everything else looks spectacular but this Frodo fever dream scene looks like 90s cgi you'd see on public television

The Emperor's New Clothes of cinema.

It was a subtle reference to nu metal music videos of the early 2000s

I didn't watch it because I don't watch communism. It is where it belongs - next to a 4/10 capeshit about DEI vampires.

When you’re making a trilogy that’s got about a billion shots, they’re not all going to be winners. The warg riders looked like shit in Two Towers as well, along with that shot when the ents flood Isengard, and there’s a platform falling into the pit that is VERY clearly a miniature, and there’s these little orcs crudely pasted in sort of shuffling around, and it reminds me of NBA Jam or that shitty scene at the end of Spawn where they’re in Hell, and it looks like Lawnmower Man or some shit, and there’s that army of Spawns that look like sprites from a 90s Midway game.

There’s also a “drone” shot above either Helm’s Deep or Minas Tirith, I can’t remember which, and again, it’s very clearly a miniature to the point where it looks like a particularly well-made toy commercial.

I haven’t seen the movie, but I read Vineland when I was 12 and hated it. It was just a burned out hippy’s power fantasy. Imagine giving a bunch of academy awards to the shitty left wing ripoff of The Turner Diaries. Leftoids lost the plot
>>
>>219235882
except it does force political statements, mainly that protesting for left wing causes is virtuous.

Literally at the end of the movie the daughter is like "there's a heckin protest going on" and her dad is all proud that she is politically active and resisting the fascist Christian government

It's also rooted in left wing thought that protest is the highest form of political expression

I usually contextualise it as those movies being nearly 30 years old (and yet Balrog mogs fucking everything that came out in last decade, but the only scene I find inexcusable is Frodo running into mount Doom. That, that one is slmost as bad as entirety of Furiosa.

lolllllllllllllll

the movies are stellar and amazing but every now and then a big neon sign flashes "THESE FILMS ARE A QUARTER CENTURY OLD AND CAME OUT BEFORE 'HOODWINKED' DID, AND THAT MOVIE LOOKS PUTRID"

Sure. Whatever you say, leftroon.
Go eat shit. Literally.

it's a bad idea on purpose. commies will back whatever increases social decay in the hopes that it will enable them to take power, as per that famous mao quote. the useful idiots might actually believe in open borders, prison abolition etc sincerely, but the hardcore commie knows their purpose is to produce maximum chaos and suffering.

It belongs to the expanding genre of pic related. Wankers who make these fancy themselves much smarter and cunning than they really are.

It is also the oldest shit in their playbook. Soviets would move entire towns and mixed them up to smash any attempts to resist their occupation, because you couldn't trust your own neighbors.
They STILL fucking do it, the moment they took ground, Donetsk was immediately flooded by Mongolians.
