I'm with the audience on this one. It was terribly paced Oscar bait that got Colman and Buckley Oscar noms, no idea why because it was a bad movie and the warning signs were clearly there about Maggie as a director before the Bride bombed massively.

Never seen this but I watched the trailer and my boy Brendan is in it so I put it on my watch list.

He had something incredible going on in the late 90's/early 2000's, and finished it off with a bow with Recovery in 2009. That was it, needed to OD right there, tight cohesive package, the devil may care, out of control, abrasive joker of the rap world.Instead he kept going and it became cringe. He got old, sober, sensitive, tried to create rehash songs of his earlier hits, whined about progressive politics, grew a gay little beard, lost the bleach blond look. Now I can't even listen to his old stuff without thinking about how much of a fag he turned out to be. Some men live long enough to become the cringe.
