I actually think it's a comfy watch.
>eating ice cream in a morguethats fucked up
>>219255724Why?
>>219255785it's profoundly unsanitary.I've worked in a morgue.when dead body juices drip on the floor, do you think they do a really good job of mopping that shit up??? fuck no, there's nobody in there but other dead people, who's gonna complain?
>>219255834Me. I was a funerary worker for a good long while. The morgues I did pick up at were extremely clean and kept disinfectants at arm's reach at all times. Not to mention the bodies go from slab to slab and are not supposed to touch the floor at all, plus they don't "drip" juices, you have to physically pump them out of their stomachs (unless you're a USA sissy who's got the machines to do it for them).
>>219255407These people are 50 years old.
>>219255932>The morgues I did pick up at were extremely clean and kept disinfectants at arm's reach at all times.then you definitely did not pick up bodies from my hospital.
>>219255407Quirk Chungus: the show
>>219256018Then you must live in a third world shithole or a place that's been inundated with thirdies
>>219256110>if i can't see the bacteria then they must not be theretypical iq of a funeral director.
>>219256180I watched the first three episodes and was embarrassed at how bad it is. DROPPED
>>219255407It's far better than I was expecting, not as good as the original but nothing is nowadays. It's missing the edge from Cox or Kelso that the original had but overall I'm having fun watching it.
>>219255407did you see the latest episode? they had Mariah Carey on it
>>219258436hold up wtf. did you edit this? I don't remember that guy in the background. I'm gonna have to recheck after I finish this twilight zone episode
>>219255932>having modern technology makes you a sissythird worlders are so hilarious
>>219257888pretty much thisi was expecting disaster, turns out it's alright (still the blurry backgrounds are fucked)
>>219255407It's shit.
>>219257888They did my boy Perry Cox dirty. It’s not the same without him. He should have an ongoing supporting role as head of training o algo, after all Sacred Heart is a training hospital. But maybe they wanted to cut ties with the execrable Scrubs University reboot from a few years ago. Still, Perry and JD could at least be occasional drinking buddies/confidants. Maybe Perry could have opened a small HMO, clinic or practice and they could meet up every few episodes and do a ‘grass is greener’ thing where they each talk over their different experiences and perspectives. The differences in points of view and environments would help contextualise each other and add richer depth to the show. But what do I know, I’m not some nepobaby showrunner.
>>219255407i didnt think the first few episodes were terrible bad, they meant well and it was competently made. But i just got bored of it and realised I dont care.
>>219259032He's got a main role on another TV series, same reason Judy Reyes is barely in it. Scheduling is a fucker.
>>219258556That’s Jimmy Saville lol
>>219259032the baton was passed
>>219258436its funny because he fucked corpses
>>219259150It’s another Bill Lawrence show, don’t tell me he can’t jump back to Scrubs a day or two a month for some cameo work. And Judy’s new show High Potential is utter garbage, but congrats on branching out I guess.
I've gotten more chuckles out of it than I would've expected, I think my main problem is it's juggling too much. The original series typically had an A and a B plot, this season juggles 4 per episode because they wanna highlight all the interns. There was a story in the last ep about the handsome dude treating a crazy person and nothing about it landed because there was no time
>>219255407These sad reboots just make me feel old.
