the commentary tracks with Sebby are pretty comfy when Kenny isn't just blowing himself the entire time.i watched the final episode (island or whatever) for the first time and Kenny said that he knew Spenny was never going to make another episode after that and the show was over. It's odd because you can't really tell in the episode how unhappy Spenny was

>>219267645It wasn't a falling out it was probably just a natural drifting and Kenny overblowing how close he was with them.He was closer friends with Matt than Trey because Jews apparently, but he got hired on as a season nine writer for South Park which is basically just the Matt and Trey's friends club. They two were producers for seasons three and four of KvS to some extent but producer credit can mean lots of stuff.Basically they had a business relationship twenty years ago but Kenny's side of the business dried up and Matt is still busy as he is the business side of the South Park duo.
