The entirety of ITYSL only had maybe 6 actually funny sketches that luckily for him blew up on tik tok. actually sitting down to watch the show is a fucking slog, as goes for all of his other work. Literally the only funny part of friendship was the toad scene

The creators of it seem to understand the psychology they're commenting on though, so there seems to be a point they're trying to reach with it, but its ultimately unsatisfying to watch.
I thought it was fucking hilarious. And dare I say, Lynchian. That finale in particular was quality stuff

The scene where they interrupt a chase scene to have him held at gunpoint by a total stranger is fucking hilarious. Also the guy just throwing his phone into the fountain full of soap.
