This finale is in a weird state where the final three fish (basbir is not a fish) are all basically fighting to keep freindtank together. None of them really dislike eachother and they seem to not want to go against eachother. James drake is the only one who might go rouge and try to climb up for the prize, but even after he felt betrayed by landon in the meat olympics, they kinda burried that right away and worked together to kick out a troon (troonhatred unites all rational men)Hell, the main freeloader, bashir himself, decladed that friendtank is the canon ending of s5. It feels like the opposite of s2 in a way. Also funny how there have so far only really been two actual finales on this 5.75 season show lmaoBut, like what the fuck is even going to happen? How could they even make a satisfying ending? Not only does it feel like there's zero animosity or competition between the fish, it feels like the viewers don't even care who wins. I can honestly say I don't mind either of the remaining three fish getting the money because they've all been relatively equal in terms of overall entertainment value across the month.This season has been pretty bad on the whole, but it's bad because it never ever was anything more than just good. Out of the 3 weeks of airtime, there's been about 5 days that were worth watching, and those days didn't really rise above any previous bar, nor did they provide anything new and intresting.
