if anyone is asking me a movie to watch I'm saying this. it's slopkino.
>>
>>219329586
>discount Tom Hardy

That aside, it's a fun movie. I don't know if I want a sequel.
>>
>>219329586
It's very good, yes.

>if anyone is asking me a movie to watch
holy jeet
>>
>>219331884
He’s a very good actor with a very shitty agent. Many which cases.
>>
>>219329586
The movie is kind of based
>AIs are rat bastards who'll turn on you the second they can

And two tom hardy lookalikes
>>
>>219331884
Tom Hardy can't act.
>>
>>219331884
lol he's a way better actor than Tom Hardy.
>>
>>219329586
it was 10/10 for me
>>
>>219329586
It was much better than I expected. Reminded me of GATTACA.

The soundtrack is fantastic too.
>>
>>219329586
why do AIs always feel like they need to integrate with humans to "evolve"?
>>
>>219329586
kys yourself already you faggot
your movie is garbage
stop speaking this thread
>>
Why were his movements uncanny?
>>
>>219340249
Yes, I know and my opinion stand.

>>219332376
>>219340310
I don't know, he sounded and acted too over exaggerated for my liking but I could be wrong. For half the movie I thought he was Tom Hardy but something felt off, so after checking wikipedia I realized he wasn't him, lol.
>>
>>219346041
nigger pls
>>
>>219329586
great ending as well
only idiots wanted a happy ending
>>
>>219347296
It wasn’t happy?

I was just thinking about this movie earlier, and how i was shitting my pants over it back then but now i'd probably think it fucking sucks

Gave me System Shock 2 flashbacks.

I loved it but I disliked how the actor moved after he was supposedly possessed by the AI. If it's smart enough to orchestrate an entire plot to escape, why can't it orchestrate movements in a realistic way?
>>
>>219329586
It really is good

To definitively show Grey losing himself to Stem, and the vicious difference between them
Stem was never particularly placed in a situation where they had to act normal or fit in. It was a tool to Grey, albeit cautiously so, and even he comments on the brutal efficiency and inhumanity of it all.
>>
>>219329586
I like when the credits theme comes up on my music shuffle. One of my favorite "bad endings" out there.
>Stem are you there?
>I'm here (in the guise of his wife)
>>
>>219349966
womein in stem
>>
>>219339132
You see, a pimps love is very different than that of a square
>>
>>219329586
>movie is called 'upgrade'
>stars downgrade tom hardy
well they're just taking the piss innit
>>
>>219340249
For you.

>>219329586
>we have tom hardy at home
