This is one of the best films of the 2010's, why is it so forgotten?

Everything with the two sons was fucking garbage 1/3 of the film.
>>
Shit 3rd act
>>
post it

>>219341121
Yeah that shit with the wigger son and the scrawny fag son was really bizarre when the end was perfect. Sucked how it lead up to it.

The scene where Luke's son goes to visit Robin is one of the best in the film. The part where he lies to him about what happened to his dad's bike because he's so plagued by guilt hit me in the feels.

Try them on! He left them for you.
You're bringing him back!
:(

The cinematography is outstanding in this kino. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

I like how it's a story about ordinary people but the way its shot and edited almost gives it a mythical quality, like it's a modern greek tragedy. The music too

Third act was less kino because the 2010's were significantly less kino than the 90's, gay youth with gay parties with gay music and such
>>
He should have left the bike running and had a check list. Maybe gone further than the area. I had a neighborhood crash test dummy rob a gas station and get caught in traffic. The guy did 5 years for that, immediately started stealing and hustling from everone. He hasn't been seen in a decade.

The shot of Ray Liotta stepping out of the car in the forest scene was legitimately scary
>>
>>219341045
It sucks.
>>
>>219341129
Exactly. Ruins the whole movie. Hi Dane btw
>>
>>219348204
It should be, it was a setup for sure.

By this i mean, in my area. Not that I masterminded the the act, to be clear. I had no involvement in it. This guy was in his 20s and didnt think there would be cars in the street or which way they could evade the police.
>>
>WOAH THEIR SONS BECAME FRIENDS!

disappointed they didnt become gay lovers

I couldn't understand half the shit Bradley Cooper's kid was saying
>>
>>219349102
Did you even watch the movie to the end, they end up almost murdering eachother
>>
>>219341045
was this the inspiration for gta 6
>>
>>219349102
>disappointed they didnt become gay lovers
def seemed like some gay tension coming from the cops kid
>>
>>219350642
Spoiled nepo kids always act a little sexually inconsistent.

kys

It sucks. Shot its load in the first scene with the long take and stunt riding.
>>
>>219342853
>They don't make 'em like this anymore
Feels like they don't make anything anymore
>>
>>219341045
If it didn't have your gay loverboy meme actor, would you really care about it? I don't remember the film honestly, but would assume /tv/ just praises it because of Redditling.

The era of well-made films just randomly dropping is beyond us.
