Apparently it was filmed in real NYC in actual traffic.

"To Live and Die in L.A." has a fantastic car chase that just doesn't end and absolutely nails its intent of stressing you the fuck out, putting you alongside the main characters trying to get out of it.

The Spy Who Loved Me for the sheer entertainment value. That shot of the helicopter popping up next to the Lotus is one of my favorite shots in all of cinema.

Also for something totally different, I've always really loved the opening chase in Drive.
