>every sitcom from 2000 to 2015
>>219412542This just seems hyperspecific to Friends
>>219412542Chinese are not people and that fact is proven by the past decade.
>>219412542uh we don't get enough of the 3rd and 4th ones trust me
>>219412542not a heckin' racism
>>219412542Name 3 kino2 showsAnd 1 vidya that has top rightAlso... 15 year old boys are like 6 feet tall it's why all those teachers bang them
>>219412542I prefer the 90-00s formula>dad with a catchfrase or gimmick >hot daughter>sexually frustrated wife>slacker son>loveable neighbors for wacky antics
>>219412542someone is really obsessed with ss
>>219412542>S/A>racismbruh frfr they sometimes even do problematic jokes about unaliving yourself or traumatising transphobic remarks

>>219412542I'm surprising the kind of cuck who would make that image is capable of acknowledging the second one.
>>219412542>2000 to 20015Weren't sitcoms dying out by then? That era mostly no laugh track shit like Arrested Development and Malcolm.
It was not like that at all, I struggle to find one example of each, shit take.
name two shows where the third and fourth things happen
>>219413157
>>219413011>King of Queens>Big Bang TheoryThose two come to mind even though I've never seen either one.
>>219412542beats modern shitcoms>every joke is a quip or a reference as opposed to something with an actual punchline>male characters are complete retards unless it's a queer or a brown>female characters are the intelligent girlbosses fed up with capitalism/the patriarchy/whatever the writing team still thinks is "problematic" in this day and age>every character embodies the spirit of reddit arrogance and passive-agressiveness without actually turning it into a punchline due to writers lacking self awareness or the balls to call it out>every episode has to end with a generic moral lesson for the characters like it's a kids show
>>219412542Who was the fat guy in Arrested Development?
>>219412542What is S/A in this context?
>>219415488Sexual Assault
>>219412680Seinfeld, Friends both had it. Must be others but I don’t watch much TV
>>219412542>RacismIn actuality it's "character makes fun of accent" and "actual thing that ethnic group does"
>>219415215Modern sitcoms are like The Bear where everyone is miserable but ocasionally a side character makes a zinger. They're half hour therapy sessions written by 35 year old women.
>>219413354Hey, a Titus gif! In 2026! That chick was smoking hot.
>>219415215That was the case from 2015-2022.Sitcoms died out around the end of the Covid pandemic. Rick and Morty humor becoming stale and woke dying out led them to just pull the plug on the whole genre.
>>219415652The Bear is not a sitcom, it's just a dramaslop that's short enough to get Emmys against a dying genre. There are some good modern sitcoms, but it's a formula that doesn't really change. Seen a couple episodes of Happy's Place which is very much just "Reba in a Bar" and the Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins which is sort of just "Tracy Morgan and Daniel Radcliffe try to 30 the Office" but they're both cute, charming and have good laughs. Also most good sitcom actors are just endlessly playing the same character they started with. Going Dutch is cute, but it really is "Tommy Gavin from Rescue Me with Abed from Community as his Assistant play low stakes peacetime army"Hell going back Baywatch isn't much more than Michael Knight as a lifeguard and Richie Cunningham is just Pubescent Opie and the Arrested Development Narrator is what Andy's son would be like in his late-40s
>>219412542>grown woman sleeping with a teen boywhy does this trope never happen in real life
