Yes, it sucks that it happens to the character, but there is a sense of catharsis that is missed as she falls into the flames, knowing that she brings it to die with her while carassing it in a motherly way. It really works thematically and it's retarded to lose it. The dog birth scene is also much better than it splooging out of a dead ox. AC is just a pussified, meandering version of A3.

If it started to happen maybe on the platform and Bishops men were signal to be ready to seize the alien but she plunges would be better.
