true detective isnt a show the reinvents the wheel, it does what it says on the box.
first season is kino, great story and great acting.

they could never recatch the thunder of season one and season by season it gets worse

1 blew it's load in the first 4 episodes and the rest were filler 2 kept getting better as it went along
