Will it be kino? I thought the book was trash, but given that Vileneuve removed the cringe parts from his adaptation of the first book (talking ninja baby), I am cautiously optimistic that he might fix this one too. Also the trailer looks VERY kino.What do u hope he keeps and what should he change?

>>219438184Among the Fremen, fighting naked is the ultimate showing off of wealth. Water is wealth. Fighting uses up a lot of water, so they usually wear stilsuits for it. For someone to train fighting in the nude, it's like purposely wrecking your Ferrari because you have a Bugatti in your garage.

Book was just okay but the ending was absolutely badass. Plus the books never really describe any wars or even give you much detail about surroundings, you just have to imagine it yourself. I'm hoping somehow GEoD gets adapted. It's somehow a very funny book and total change in the tone of the story not even there in the later books.
