My take on Foundation S3 was that it was full of beautiful good looking people, and that this was a standout from the direction shows were headed towards in the previous decade. It felt like casts got uglier and uglier for awhile and that it was reaching a boiling point. Foundation S3 having no uglies was a breath of fresh air in that regard. Of course Demerzel, of course. But she's not even really who I'm thinking of because as you mention she's been there (and consistently) from the start. They kept the consistent good lookers from early seasons (Cassion Bilton/Brother Day being in the same boat as Demerzel) while ditching certain uggo's by season 3.
Certain actors like Pace himself, as well as Lou Llobell, really came in for season 3 filming in amazing conditions that I simply didn't see in seasons 1 & 2. Llobell especially blew me away, her body/physical development is peak form, they figured out how to make her hair look more attractive. I can't think of another female actor with better feet than hers in season 3. I'm not someone that is generally attracted to african phenotypes but I still feel comfortable saying this.
The actors that did join the show for season 3 were much better looking than the uggos that got ditched from previous seasons. We could not have asked for a better looking honeymooning couple for example imo.
Of the shows I've followed the past 5-6 years, it can't be stated enough what a great job of correcting the woke trends of uggos and hideousness blasted on our screens that season 3 Foundation did. I rewatched House of the Dragon s1 after the Hedge knight and, besides the 2 young female leads in the first half of the season, the show was filled with an ensemble of mids & old bland dudes. They got lucky to get through that on IP brand imo.

The jumping out a window into space was absolute nonsense, it's like they had an idea for a "badass" moment but had no idea where to put it or how to make it work so they just abruptly ended the previous scene with no explanation and then put that there to wrap up the season.
The show is at its best when it's focusing on smart dialogue and at its worst when it tries to be epic sci-fi with cool action scenes. Same exact problem as modern Star Trek.
