The cyborg death race monster robots were pretty neat.
It sucked. I wanted it to be good. The cgi was awful. They didnt have the budget to get the job done. It wasn't for lack of trying but this would be a more expensive film than GITS and it still looks like shit. Sequel never, its nothing hut blue Pocahontas now

Christopher waltz was great but poorly adapted because ido in the manga is a 30something 6'4 nerd with a good physique, so aging 5'7 waltz creeping around with the way oversized rocket hammer looked silly
