millenial callback slop: the movie
>>
I cried when they revealed that Peach and Rosalie are siblings. It's so fucking good bros.

There's a few things I liked about this movie:
>Yoshi Glover
>Bowser's /hfoma/ painting of him with Peach
>Bowser Jr looking like a total crackhead
>Whomp's Fortress and the reference to the hidden 1-up mushroom
>King Bob Omb's redemption scene, in which he allahu akbar'd himself to kill Wart and save Peach
>the designs of Dry Bowser and Super Mario Sunshine Bowser Jr.
>Fox
But, the movie still sucked overall. Pacing was all over the place. Illumination felt like they were cramming in too many references for the sake of references. This felt nothing like my old Nintendo Wii.

It was a fun, safe, non-woke, family-friendly movie. I highly enjoyed it.

I don’t like to think about the type of people who couldn’t enjoy this movie. But they exist.
