Why don't we get film noirs / neo-noirs anymore?

i think computers and technology kinda ruined it to a degree. like the mystery PI work is mainly on the computer now, tracking cars and people is just cameras and plate readers and trackers. I guess they could do movies set in older times, but, hard to make something new
