Childhood is thinking giallo sucks, adolescence is thinking it's niche and amazing, adulthood is realizing the vast majority of them do suck but a handful are good enough to be worth watching
I watched Blood and Black Lace recently, that was a fun one that actually tried to have a reasonable mystery about who the killer was
