Only seethe keeps me alive. I tried 6 years of going to psychologists and I am still seeing the psychiatrist once every 3 or 4 months and none of it ever helped at all. The psychiatrist even told me to stop coming as she says I don’t have any actual psychiatric illness and that I just have a shit life and always had which I already knew before going for any help anyways as I never thought I had a psychiatric illness so the whole thing was an exercise in futility and money wasting lol.
