>bored as fuck last night>Prime has been hassling me to watch this>sigh, I’m give it a try>WTF it’s actually pretty good!Ending is a bit soft and slow and I don’t think k I’d pay $15 to see it at the kinoplex, but honestly, it kept me fully entertained for its runtime and has some thought provoking moments. Solid 8/10. Any other demonic possession movies other than the classics that people can recommend? I’m looking for less gore/shocker and more creepy/unsettling.
Nefarious was kino against all odds but the Christian fundies who made it are supposedly turning it into a cinematic universe which I'm sure will be garbage.
the glen beck appearance was a bit much but it was pretty good overall
>>219688214Yeah I kinda got fundie vibes from it but the demon’s rationale was scary good. I’m not a Christian but Christian theology fascinates me and I felt like whoever wrote the script had put a lot of thought into what might motivate a demon. I especially appreciated the questions around free will and why God would let certain things happen.
>>219687967underrated
I thought it was based Someone will call it reddit though
>>219687967I watched deliver us from evil 2014 with eric bana last october and it was pretty good. Its two cops investigating weird murders and I thought it would just be action/gore but while still having some action (and one gory scene I remember) its more creepy/thriller type movie. Seems somewhat similar Nefarious though haven't seen that. Might give it a look this weekend
>>219687967>literally outlines the demonic game plan to corrupt mankind>completely ignored by the publicEvery time.
>>219693271Bana’s an odd fella. A lot of his stuff is complete shit but some of it’s gold. I’ll look this one up now.
