I don't get it. Why did Jason Bateman sign on for this?
I'm watching the finale now this shit is retarded, there's 15 mins left and I assume the autist kid is going to kill his dad, or he kills himself
money
everything could have been prevented if they just killed their retard son
oh good, they mentioned BBC and cucking before the series ended, glad I watched this
i caught this on tv and stranger thing guy was rubbing his cock on arrested development guy or something at a park. very very disrespectful
>>219689081Reiner?
>>219688387it's the best thing currently on tv/streaming right now by a mile
>>219689267I'll probably go back to rewatching sopranos until that new gay show on hbo comes out at the end of april , that looked semi decent
>>219688387He seems to be able to tolerate cringe kino you don't even end up disliking him much because he's just some dude swinging.
>>219688387It was a good sad story about misunderstanding and meaning and purpose. He's willing to go outside the box.
>>219689109I mean the whole show is about cucking.>>219689428Which one is that?
>>219688387This show fucking sucks. I couldn't get through more than two episodes because the sassy black "porn positive" cop annoyed me so much.
>>219689781Half man. Apparently they’re not gay just brothers lol Later this year there’s another lindelof show coming out. I’ll probably watch that and hope it’s half as good as the leftovers
>>219688794>>219689081I still have a half hour or so to go so I’m gonna hold off on reading any further in the thread but yeah this is somewhat along the lines of what I was thinking but not entirely. And if I’m right about what I had already kind of assumed around the midway point two episodes ago actually happened to Floyd, I’m going to be very disappointed at what a fucking cop out it is because as schlocky and quite literally gay as this show is, it was at least an entertaining mystery to follow as the story unraveled week to week so that we as an audience would slowly discover more of what exactly happened, and it was decently well made. I’ll report back when it’s finished if I was correct in my prediction (which ain’t lookin like good news so far)
What a disgraceful fucking bitch.
I guessed it was the kid in the first or second episode. I watch way too much /tv/ I know every trope before it happens, it's not as fun as it used to beI liked the show though it made me feel weird and uncomfortable at times and I'm usually an unmoving prick. Not just from the gayness in my anus but all the characters were uncomfortable. The adults talked like children. Really weird script dialogue-wise, just not conflict/resolution-wise.
>>219696749She was hottest when she was fucking Don Draper, right??
>>219697044It wasn't the kid, tho.
>>219697180Yeah I know it wasn't literally the kid pulling the trigger, but I think they intentionally left it up to the audience to decide whether or not Floyd would have taken the swig had the kid not caught him dancing like a gay, so I think it isn't unfair to say the kid may or may not have had an effect on the outcome even though he didn't mean to... but yeah I guess I shouldn't say the kid killed him. I was wrong and gay.
>>219697461Nah I see what you're saying. Although I still blame Carol for completely emotionally abandoning him when all he did was try to be a good dad to her fucked up kid.
>>219695127Goddammit yeah, I called it like 90%. I didn’t have the exact timeline down but I was pretty sure something almost exactly like that was going to happen once Foyd went full sadboy a couple episodes ago and there were a couple other clues as to how it was going to turn out. Still enjoyed the show for what it was especially watching it episodically weekly but it could have been so much more.
>>219688387>>219689109>watch a show called Down To Fuck St. Louis>wtf it's degenerate slopwhat's wrong with you, why didn't you just ignore this shit like rest of the giant garbage heap that is modern media? star power?
>>219697896Well in a way they all had a part in it, Carol's negligence or whatever you would call her cold/apathetic behavior towards him, led him to feel really sick of himself, then Clark enabled him by getting him the drugs and life insurance, the kid just kinda struck the final blow. Clark also kept fucking up when he was trying to help, like paying a guy to get an arousal but him backing out, then saying he had a surprise for him at the bathhouse, only to get his hopes up and turn him down again. Also he fucked his wife a lot. Poor Floyd. He lost all his confidence. Sadge.
>>219697896Honestly yeah, my takeaway is that literally everything that went wrong leading up to Floyds death was 100% Carols fault for breaking him down as a man and a which I’m pretty sure was the point and why he glommed onto Clark so hard and quick. Clark was the only person in his life at that point who didn’t make him feel like a huge piece of shit constantly. The show initially frames her as “just trying her best” but then any time she’s able to do so, she gets up to something nefarious. She’s actual antagonist seeing as the kid is just a confused little retard, that’s shown further by the fact that he thought it would be super cool to ride a recumbent bike to his first day at a new school of all things.
How's my nibba and nephew David "4chan stan" Harbour in this? Is an Emmy coming his way?
I used to have a best friend but he went to prison and this show made me remember having a best friend except I never wanted to fuck him but I think I would have at least frenched him in order to make him not feel bad, man I miss having friends. They were like little kids riding bikes together and holding hands and shit, got me in my feels, maybe I did actually wanna fuck him???
>>219698245>>219698204After reading that yeah I’d say more 90% Carols fault. Clark for sure had something to do with it because he was just a weak man who ended up being a lot dumber than he seems and his attempts to help his friend crashed and burned because he was too stupid to see two steps ahead and it all imploded. I do believe that Clark genuinely did love Floyd though on a deep level and that’s why the end where not only has he lost the best friend he’s ever had but he lost his entire family and his career (at least his reputation) due to his shortsightedness was a pretty good way to cap things off but I still have problems with the way it played out, especially because I called it too soon. It really wasn’t difficult, to be fair.
>>219698409I actually thought he was an over rated actor until I saw this. He did great.
>>219698534He absolutely stole the show. I felt so bad for Floyd and that all stemmed from the way he portrayed a caring, fragile and lonely dude who has been on a slow decline so genuinely.
>>219698496Clark really did love Floyd yes, and he also felt guilt for fucking Carol, at least at first, but I like to think he carried that with him the whole time and that's why he would do some things for him that would otherwise make him really uncomfortable. I think there was a message about loyalty in there. That was the first time I ever saw a curved dick full on.
>>219698708Agreed, he definitely took things too far with Floyd because of all the stuff with Carol as well as the fact that his buddy was willing to kiss another man just to make him feel better, he was willing to go to that level for Floyd. Pretty tragic show, I don’t think I’d have appreciated it a fraction as much had it all been released in a chunk and I’d binged it, it definitely had to be a slow reveal of all the surrounding events.
>>219698663I think when you have that much compassion it is a lot easier to get hurt. He was a very sweet and vulnerable person that got screwed over every step of the way. The only peace he ever felt in his personal life was when he was hanging out with the dude that was fucking his wife. A real tragic character.

>>219700083I think you are mistaking me for a person that is not being sarcastic, I am just dunking on the guy that said he was an arthouse actor; I thought the goofy nickname would give that away x.x

>>219700210Fair, let’s just pretend I replied to the other guy.
>>219700261To be fair, Zootopia 2 is a subversive, post-anthropocentric meditation on identity, systemic bias, and late-capitalist moral decay
>>219700330This guy does have a point… although he probably just wants to fuck the bunny
>>219700383Much like Floyd, all I want is to simply feel my intimacy reciprocated... whether that be by a closet-straight weather man or the bunny from Zootopia 2
>>219692067>couldn't get through more than two episodes because the sassy black "porn positive" cop annoyed me so much.i +10'd through any scene with her if one of the main characters wasn't in it and it made the show slightly better and you don't miss anything
>>219697896because her character is she's a money grubbing materialist

>>219699152Breakfast of Champions
>>219692067>>219700666This but thankfully she’s not in it a whole bunch. They use her pretty sparingly fortunately, it’s mostly just about Clark and Floyd.
>>219700801Or maybe the whole paradigm surrounding faggotry is wrong. Maybe being a faggot is totally cool and not gay and a totally valid form of male bonding. Don't some species of monkeys do but secks on each other just to hang or did someone just tell me that because I'm gullible?

>>219699382black rabbit and zootopia 2 are far from arthouse, that carry-on film was pure made for tv dad power nap slop.

It was decent until stranger thing moustache wasn't mad that he was fucking his wife and they started this weird cuck triangle, just made it completely unrelatable and weird fetish shit. The whole "he was such a decent guy" fell apart the moment they decided to cheat on their wives too, even if failed at it.
